You keep running. From your feelings, from your past, from the truth about yourself. But here’s truth that might be hard to swallow: growth happens when you stop hiding and face the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding.

Reflection: What’s the one feeling or truth you’ve been avoiding? Write it down. Stop running. Name it.

Scripture insight: “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

The Healing Place walks you through exercises to confront your truths safely and transform avoidance into growth.
