Fear doesn’t want you to grow. It tells you that you’re not enough, that you can’t, that you should stay small. The truth is courage isn’t the absence of fear, It’s acting in spite of it.

Reflection: Write down one fear that’s holding you back. What would you do if fear didn’t control your decisions?

Actionable step: Take one small step today that challenges that fear, no matter how uncomfortable.

Scripture insight: “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” — 2 Timothy 1:7

In The Healing Place you’ll find exercises to confront fear, reframe it, and turn it into action.

Fear doesn’t get the final say anymore. You do.
