Here’s the truth: most of us live for everyone else’s expectations. Family, friends, society, etc., while not realizing we aren't truly following our own path. That ends now. If you’re not honest with yourself about who’s controlling your decisions, you're just expending a all your effort and energy without making any real progress.

Reflection: Identify one area of your life where you’re living for approval rather than purpose. Ask yourself: Whose voice am I listening to, and is it helping me grow?

Actionable step: Today, make one choice that honors your values, not someone else’s. Even a small act of alignment matters.

Scripture insight: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5-6

The Healing Place includes exercises to uncover external influences and take back your voice so you can live your life with clarity and confidence.

Why do we let fear lead?

Fear doesn’t want you to grow. It tells you that you’re not enough, that you can’t, that you should stay small. The truth is courage isn’t the absence of fear, It’s acting in spite of it. Reflection:

Stop doing what isn't working

Notice the patterns that keep showing up in your life. The same mistakes, the same frustrations. If you keep doing the same thing and expecting different results, you’re lying to yourself. Change star

Stop running from yourself

You keep running. From your feelings, from your past, from the truth about yourself. But here’s truth that might be hard to swallow: growth happens when you stop hiding and face the parts of yourself
